- 1 / 5By Shannon QuinnShitastical. I think giving this place 1 star is giving it too much credit. My boyfriend ordered from this place at 6:54pm and did not get his food until 9:00pm. After an hour, he called the restaurant to check on his food and they said it'd be delivered in 5 minutes. Everytime he called after this he got a busy signal. He had to go IN PERSON (which turned out to be a crappy restaurant inside a gas station) to get his food. When the woman finally acknowledged his existence she asked what she could get him so he said he ordered online and that he never got his food. She asked what he had ordered and the pizza maker told him it was being delivered as we speak. They apologized and only offered him 1/2 off his next order....as if he wanted to spend another dime there. Oh yeah and the "busy phone line" turned out to be them intentionally taking their phone off the hook so they wouldnt have to deal with customer complaints. Im disgusted by the crappy customer service and business practices that this place employed. We will never give them our business again.August 02, 2016
